McLemore has its first LEED Accredited Employee

McLemore is proud to announce that the company now has an accredited LEED Associate. Dave Prewitt successfully completed his instruction and subsequent examination during the previous month.

When asked about the significance of the achievement, Dave explained ‘It is important to have a subject matter expert to meet the growing needs of the Facility Management community. More emphasis is being place on sustainability with the realization that it can be done in a cost effective manner. In fact the prospect of long term savings through this approach is becoming better understood as facility life cycle accounting becomes more accepted.'
