While your organization may define success in various ways, this is a good time to look at your current Building Maintenance Services and determine if you would give your current system an A in the variety of categories in which you measure performance. Reinforce what is done well and determine an action plan to improve the areas the need attention. If you don't have any objective measures of performance and standards by which to compare results against your industry, how will you know where you stand in relation to your competition? Within most industries, there are resources that will help you evaluate performance objectively. While most of what we do involves task performance, McLemore Building Maintenance can consult in several areas that relate to building maintenance.
