President and Founder
He served three years in the United States Army and received his education from Stephen F. Austin State University. He started the company in 1970 following a career in the laundry and dry cleaning business when a customer asked him to clean a building he owned. Don has served as the President of our national organization, Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). He is also a past President of Southwest Association of Building Services Contractors (SWABSCO), our industry's oldest association. Don semi-retired in 1999 but still takes an active role in the direction of the company.

Chief Executive Officer

Curtis grew up with the company and worked part-time throughout his high school and college years. He joined the company full time in 1993. He managed the Special Services Division for three years, was Regional Manager for overall Operations outside Houston for two years, then was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1998. After Mr. McLemore's retirement Curtis assumed the C.E.O. title and is now responsible for the entire direction of the company.

Controller

Tom joined the McLemore team in 2008 and is responsible for McLemore's financial health in addition to all administrative departments and financial relationships.  Tom graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M Kingsville with a B.B.A. in Finance.  Prior to joining our team, Tom spent 15 years in the facility services industry as the Controller for ABM Security and Controller for Initial Security, LLC, US Security division of Rentokil Initial plc.  During his tenure as Controller for a multinational tool manufacturer, the company received the Presidential 'E' Award for excellence in exporting, taking a domestic company into 32 nations establishing sales subsidiaries and international partners.

Human Resources Manager
Yvonne brings over 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience across various industries to the McLemore team.  She is responsible for the daily operations within the Human Resources department and directs the development, implementation, and coordination of policies, programs and practices relating to recruitment, employee relations and benefits, training and organizational development.  Yvonne administers and coordinates the activities of the company in accordance with organizational policies, goals and objectives.  Yvonne earned her B.S. in Psychology and her M.A. in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Houston Clear Lake.

Director of Operations

Richard joined the McLemore team in March 2000 as Branch Manager of our South Texas market. Through Richard's efforts the South Texas market's revenue more than tripled and customer retention level topped 97%. After a three-year tenure as Regional Manager of Western Operations Richard has since assumed the role of Director of Operations in charge of all of McLemore's operations.

Corpus Christi Branch Manager

John has been with the McLemore team for over three years. He brings 32+ years of experience in the hospitality industry and all facets of management including General Hotel Manager. His experiences gives him a unique ability of mastering the global perspective of a hotel with many different job skill sets including housekeeping, food and beverage, rooms and engineering.  John brings a very detail-oriented perspective to ensuring quality across his assigned portfolio.

Colorado Branch Manager
Jenny joined the McLemore group when the Fort Collins Office was opened in January 2001. She comes to us with over 25 years of management and janitorial experience. Her undergraduate study took place at the College of Northern Colorado. Jenny has also completed marketing courses through the Dale Carnegie Training Institute. Jenny is also one our foremost authorities on medical environment cleaning.

Business Development Manager
Dave came to McLemore in the fall of 2006 as Houston's Operations Branch Manager. The role later expanded into a more regional role as McLemore continued to grow. Based on Dave's previous janitorial operations experience he was a natural fit when the role of Business Development Manager became available. Dave is now responsible for all of McLemore's Business development throughout our geographic area of coverage.  Dave has earned his LEED Green Associate Accreditation and is an active member of IFMA.
