President and Founder
He served three years in the United States Army and received his education from Stephen F. Austin State University. He started the company in 1970 following a career in the laundry and dry cleaning business when a customer asked him to clean a building he owned. Don has served as the President of our national organization, Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). He is also a past President of Southwest Association of Building Services Contractors (SWABSCO), our industry's oldest association. Don semi-retired in 1999 but still takes an active role in the direction of the company.

Chief Executive Officer

Curtis grew up with the company and worked part-time throughout his high school and college years. He joined the company full time in 1993. He managed the Special Services Division for three years, was Regional Manager for overall Operations outside Houston for two years, then was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1998. After Mr. McLemore's retirement Curtis assumed the C.E.O. title and is now responsible for the entire direction of the company.

Chief Operating Officer

As a Certified Building Services Executive, Keith's leadership in the company has been a contributing factor to McLemore's overall success since 1987. Keith's focus in Human Resources is on one of McLemore's Critical Success Factors, our people. His philosophy of surrounding yourself with good people and then "staying out of their way" has proven to be a formula for our success.

Chief Financial Officer

Stephanie began her career with McLemore in 1994 as an Accounting Clerk while attending the University of Houston. She was promoted to Office Manager in 1995 then to Director of Administration in 1997 and finally to Chief Financial Officer in 1999. She is responsible for McLemore's financial health in addition to all administrative departments, insurance responsibilities and financial relationships.

Director of Operations

Richard joined the McLemore team in March 2000 as Branch Manager of our South Texas market. Through Richard's efforts the South Texas market's revenue more than tripled and customer retention level topped 97%. After a three-year tenure as Regional Manager of Western Operations Richard has since assumed the role of Director of Operations in charge of all of McLemore's operations.

Houston Branch Manager

Scott joined the McLemore team with over 11 years experience as a Regional Director of Operations & Business Development where he managed multi-site and district locations for a Fortune 500 company in the medical sector. With a background of caring for those in need, while managing the increasingly greater expenses incurred within the medical field, Scott is a natural fit with McLemore's business philosophy.

Corpus Christi Branch Manager

John has been with the McLemore team for over three years. He brings 32+ years of experience in the hospitality industry and all facets of management including General Hotel Manager. His experiences gives him a unique ability of mastering the global perspective of a hotel with many different job skill sets including housekeeping, food and beverage, rooms and engineering.  John brings a very detail-oriented perspective to ensuring quality across his assigned portfolio.

Jenny joined the McLemore group when the Fort Collins Office was opened in January 2001. She comes to us with over 25 years of management and janitorial experience. Her undergraduate study took place at the College of Northern Colorado. Jenny has also completed marketing courses through the Dale Carnegie Training Institute. Jenny is also one our foremost authorities on medical environment cleaning.

Operations Manager
Bill joined the McLemore team in 2009 after becoming familiar with our company over the prior two years.  Bill's responsibilities include managing operations in Odessa, San Angelo and Dallas.  Additionally, he serves as part of our start-up team.

Business Development Manager
Dave came to McLemore in the fall of 2006 as Houston's Operations Branch Manager. The role later expanded into a more regional role as McLemore continued to grow. Based on Dave's previous janitorial operations experience he was a natural fit when the role of Business Development Manager became available. Dave is now responsible for all of McLemore's Business development throughout our geographic area of coverage.  Dave has earned his LEED Green Associate Accreditation and is an active member of IFMA.

Customer Service Manager

Nina started with McLemore in 1985 as Office Manager.  With the company's continued growth, she has moved to the position of Customer Service Manager and performs related duties for all branches and the corporate office.  Nina is also responsible for following up with customers on requests, concerns, etc. a computerized work ticket system designed specifically to accurately record and track any and all customer issues.
