MBM drives performance through its Continuous Improvement
Program, which grew from the company mission statement. The program
drives the company’s goals by providing a formal method of
reviewing performance and sharing the results with customers in
a presentation. The frequency of reviews is customized to specific
customer requirements.
Led by a member of MBM Senior Management, the reviews
cover a myriad of relevant topics including:
- Review of goals and objectives and report on status.
- Quality control inspections and discussion of relevant facility
items.
- Report on safety audits, training, and other safety related topics.
- Quality control reviews of work tickets and closure of customer
requests.
MBM has dedicated the resources to commit to an extreme
focus on quality control, as evidenced by the appointment of a Vice
President of Quality Assurance. It is this position’s responsibility
to drive the Continuous Improvement Program and insure the company
as a whole stays focused on providing the high level of quality
service customers have come to expect from MBM.
