Sometimes you have to try someone else and then come full circle. A large South Texas manufacturer did just that. After McLemore provided service for eight years. the client responded to cost containment pressure, which involved making several vendor partner changes. After working with other vendors and not receiving the desired service, the demand for a cleaner work environment and a value-based partner drove a decision to reverse course and rehire McLemore once again. While we never want to part ways with a customer, the reunion of our partnership and validation of service performance made it all worthwhile!
