Ralph joined the McLemore team in October 2015. He brings over 21 years of facilities management and employee/customer relations experience to our team. Ralph is responsible for assisting with operations management oversight, standards compliance, budgeting, re-engineering planning and transition process support. His previous experience in K-12 school districts, leadership and communication abilities, along with his drive for instilling professional work ethics make him a valued member of our team. Ralph received his B.S. from Tarleton State University, and is a United States Army, IRR branch, commissioned Infantry Officer Veteran.
