Curtis McLemore


Curtis has 20+ years of experience in the custodial services industry. He joined McLemore full-time in 1993, after working part-time with the company throughout high school and college. He managed the Special Services Division and served as Regional Manager for overall Operations outside Houston. In 1998, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. After Don McLemore (the company’s founder) retired, Curtis assumed the responsibilities of CEO and now oversees the strategic vision and direction of the company. Curtis attended the University of Houston. He has also earned the CBSE (Certified Building Service Executive) certification from BSCAI (Building Service Contractors Association International) and is currently a Board of Directors member.

Richard Rodriguez


Richard has over 20 years of experience in the custodial services industry. He oversees McLemore’s $60 million client portfolio. Richard is customer-centric and retention-driven. Under his leadership, customer retention levels topped 97%. His philosophy is “consistent customer care.” Richard attends all quarterly business reviews to ensure the ongoing satisfaction of our clients. Richard is a member of BSCAI and is pursuing certification and CE credit in Leadership Development, OSHA Compliance Standards, including Hazardous Materials training, and is an HHPC Day Certified Expert.

Leticia Valdez

Director of Safety & HR

Leticia brings 20 years of experience to the McLemore team. She conducts rigorous safety audits and is responsible for policy development, staff recruitment and retention, employee relationships, and performance management. Leticia’s focus-driven philosophy along with her passion for delivering high standards of service fosters McLemore’s company culture. Leticia earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources Management with a minor in Administrative Services Management from the University of Houston – Downtown.

Tom Rasor


Tom joined the McLemore team in 2008 and is responsible for McLemore’s financial health in addition to all administrative departments, insurance responsibilities, and financial relationships. Tom graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M Kingsville with a BBA in Finance. His career has crossed numerous industries. Before joining our team, Tom spent 15 years in the service industry with tenures as Controller for ABM Security, a division of ABM Industries, Inc., and Controller for Initial Security LLC, US security division of Rentokil Initial plc. During his tenure as Controller for a multinational tool manufacturer, the company received the Presidential “E Award” for excellence in exporting, taking a domestic company into 32 nations establishing sales subsidiaries and international partners.

Ross Aschenbeck

VP of Operations

Ross joined team McLemore in 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience in education and 11 years as Superintendent. Ross’s experience as an educator has allowed him to share unique insight with McLemore about how we can better show up for our educational customers. His experience as a Superintendent prepared him for his role with McLemore, where he is responsible for budget oversight and leading the regional managers to success. Ross is a candidate for his Doctoral degree, expected to complete May of 2023 from Lamar University. He has earned a Masters of Education from Prairie View A&M and a Bachelors from Texas A&M.

Kelly Ngo

Operations Coordinator

Kelly brings over ten years of experience to the team. Kelly conducts quarterly inspections and compiles that data along with customer satisfaction surveys into a quarterly business review to ensure we are improving from our baseline cleanliness and meeting our shared goals. Before joining McLemore, Kelly specialized in quality control while at Hewlett-Packard and Foxconn. She graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing. Kelly has earned her HHPC Day Certified Expert designation through Diversey, Inc.

Amanda Quiros

Region 1 - Regional Manager

Amanda joined the McLemore team in 2019. She brings over twenty years of management experience with her. Amanda brings to the team skills in business development, account management, and focusing on a customer-first environment. Amanda earned her bachelor's in business at Sam Houston State University.

David Prewitt

Region 2 - Regional Manager

Dave came to McLemore in 2006 as a Branch Manager. Dave has accepted many new roles throughout his career at McLemore, including Business Development. Dave's wide range of experience prepared him to take on the part of regional manager as McLemore continued to grow. Dave has earned his LEED Green Associate Accreditation and can work with customers on any LEED initiatives.

Jose Barreira

Region 3 - Regional Manager

With over 20 years of experience in management and leadership, Jose has a proven track record in driving operations across multiple industries. Dedicated to high customer service satisfaction, cultivating high-performance teams, boosting productivity and maximizing profitability, Jose is a valuable asset to McLemore Building Maintenance.
